Before you can start work, you need to know which Clients still owe you information, and digging through every record to find out wastes time. SuiteDash's Custom Data Cards everywhere shows you at a glance.Choose the Custom Fields that matter for your process and save them as a named Custom Data Card, like "Tax Intake" or "Onboarding." Turn on Field Count, and each Client's Card shows how many of those fields are filled in. Add Color by Completion, and the count turns red below 40%, yellow while still incomplete, and green once every field has a value. The counts sit right beside each Client on your Company list. Click one to open a sidebar with every chosen field in full, so you see exactly what's blank and any notes that explain why. These settings are personal, so every Staff member can set up their own checklist.Green means every field has a value. It isn't a professional sign-off, so your notes and review steps still count.
