Day Counter Custom Field: Automatically Track Days Until (or Since) Any DateThis episode introduces Day Counter, a custom field that pairs with an existing date field to automatically show how many days are left until a date or how many days have passed since it, with no formulas required. After selecting the day counter type and choosing the date field it counts from, each record displays an always-up-to-date count in plain language, switching direction automatically when the date passes. The day count can also be used in formulas (such as calculating prep hours) and in saved filters (like finding clients with shoots in the next seven days), staying accurate for current and future records. Clients can see their own countdowns and related fields in a branded portal via impersonation.
