Coaching Your Business to Success w/ SuiteDash

Good morning YouTube good morning sweet maides like here as promised not all of my videos will be from my main work area because there is life outside of your main work area and that's one of the things SuiteDash is designed to help you understand and achieve this morning I'm on my way to a basketball tournament a varsity basketball tournament at Hall University go camels in North Carolina one of my passions I'd say outside of SuiteDash is basketball and I'm a basketball coach in my daughter's High School which is awesome I really enjoy it it's great to have an outlet where you're still in competition mode the clock starts the heat is on it's US versus them it's really good for your Psy to

Still have that level of competition that gets you fired up and gets you motivated and gets you in a peak state of performance so I really love that part of it but as I'm driving I was thinking about the many parallels actually between running and designing a business and running coaching and designing a basketball team and the way they both are successful is via planning via scripting via processes systems or in the basketball World plays or actions and I think it's really valuable for business owners to realize that you are the designer of your business or you could even call it the coach of your business your job is to design the plays the workf flows your

Job is to take every person on the floor or in your business and make sure they know their assignments to make sure they know what they are responsible for and only working together can they coordinate with each other and collaborate and pass items properly from one to the other it's up to you as the coach to design those processes and script them out and literally get out a piece of paper and start with that and say Here's a block that represents my customer and then this happens and then this happens this is your job as the business owner and not many business owners understand that they think it's their job to do all the work and do all the interactions and make everything happen every day but actually your job as a business owner is really to try to get yourself out

Of the processes as fast as possible so yes to do that you need to know every job you need to have done everything in the business which is good you have base level experience now you need to replace yourself into that you need to establish the processes so that anyone can step in and do it with a little bit of training and a little bit of experience and once you've done that you've made your business into something that can actually scale and along with scaling comes more profit more growth more customers Etc and that's the goal if you don't think like this you will never scale because you can't scale 40 hours a week you can only scale efficiency within those 40 hours now the beauty is once you start thinking like this then you can use software to out ify these processes into actual automations

Or processes that will be replicatable over time in a way that it's reliable and efficient SuiteDash is designed exactly for this so when you create that workflow on that sheet of paper or that mind mapping software or whatever you do then take that idea of those workflows and you translate them into the tools provided by SuiteDash you want to automate them as much as possible or reduce them down to decision points we call them so that you can then apply the appropriate Auto template which is something applied manually to a Target as they work their way through a workflow and this is done by a human when you need this human interaction point a decision is made they're sorted properly and

Then the human takes three or four clicks and then kicks them back down into the automation so while everything can be automated everything can be very streamlined and you can go from just a decision to a few clicks and then say 1250 processes are initiated emails go out to all the right people projects are started documents are set for signing file requests are sent out to get the files uploaded to you everything you need to start business with that customer in that particular moment based on that decision can be triggered by that auto template so while not everything can be automated completely you can definitely achieve a semi-automation in the sense that ah now that they decision I can automate everything that happens from here on using this autotip but

So understand that SuiteDash was not built in the same way that most software has been built over the past 20 years it was built from the very beginning so that every piece of it could be automated or included in an automation process or the semi-automation process that I just described so just remember as the business owner it's your job to be this coach it's your job to be this person who designs all these things is it easy no it's not easy and that's why 7 80% of businesses fail because the person who is supposed to be doing all these things either a doesn't realize it or B does realize it and thinks yeah that's a lot of work or

C tries to do the work but finds that being on Facebook is more fun doing this is more fun doing that is more fun or they blame on the software Li this is to hard well not youo hard it's just that you just did stay focused it your nose to the grindstone long enough to get the work done sometimes you w into roadblocks admittedly I admit that but very often those roadblocks can be overcome with a little bit of work a little bit of creativity a little bit of help from the community even so stay focused keep working hard get your processes to find get them codified in the software work those flows out and we'll continue to help you figure out how to do this and and show examples etc etc but I promise the first time you actually see this working in practice

And the emails are coming in and you're realizing whoa this is kind of working without me now I'm three levels down with this customer and I haven't even done anything yet and they're sending me files and they're signing contracts all these things that I would have normally had to manually facilitate typing at a computer sending emails it would have Tak longer I might have lost them to someone else but now they're just Slip Sliding right down my funnel right into my hands I'm being provided all the information that I need to work with this customer everything is kind of arriving on autopilot and now I just have to take it from its collected area and do what I do whether you're an accountant or

A webd designer or a coach whatever it is you could streamline and automate all the sort of onboarding stuff and even processes that happen inside the work as the work is being done and this leaves you to do the thing that you do that makes money the skills to pay the bills as they say but first you have to be the coach and first you have to talk to the players and you have to sketch out your playbook and you have to teach everybody what their job is or you have to create an automation that makes this move over there and that move over there and this move over there so that you can get that bucket at the end that is the paycheck for your efforts so stay focused get it done you can do it but while you're doing that I'm going to go to this basketball tournament have a great day wherever you are see you bye
