Hello and welcome everyone this is Mike I'm the founder and CEO of sweetash this video is just one in a series of many videos that we'll be highlighting both new and current features be sure that you're subscribed on YouTube and following us on all social media to get the latest videos and updates about new and existing features alright so let's get started today I want to spend some time talking about our pricing structure our pricing plans and power-ups and how they work together why they exist Etc so the diagram that you see in front of you illustrates something that should be obvious and that is SuiteDash is very different than other

Software in the sense that SuiteDash is an all-in-one business software you see one platform here that includes in this example 15 different tool kits 15 different areas of functionality that are all put together in a way that's pre-integrated that can automate each other Etc each one of these CRM invoicing project management for example represent a specific software Niche where many competitors are operating and producing software that operates only in this Niche and therefore has the capability of being a monthly or yearly payment for you however SuiteDash combines all of these 15 in this

Example into one and the most you would possibly pay is 99 a month now in each one of these niches an individual product would likely cost you 15.20 maybe 50 maybe 99 a month so you can see where the value is not only are you paying much less for the software but you're working in one piece of software you have one login one learning curve one place for all your data one place for all your automations and with our unlimited pricing model this price is all you would ever pay regardless of how many staff or clients you have in the platform now to accomplish this we have to

So therefore we have to balance this and one of the ways we do that is with power-ups power-ups are the place where we put features that are quote nice to have or for features that are very important for some companies but maybe not necessarily needed for other companies so by doing that we can keep the Pinnacle plan at 99 and all this functionality that you see in front of you and offer that to our entire client base but also have an additional layer of features and nice to haves that not all businesses need necessarily and offer those for an additional price and for those businesses that find those features necessary see the value and have the budget then those power-ups are perfect for those businesses and they

Can extend the functionality of SuiteDash from 15 toolkits to maybe 17 18 20 different tool kits pieces of software that they are combining into their single platform and gaining all those benefits okay so with that established let's talk about the pricing plans so we have start we have Thrive and we have pinnacle and you can subscribe to any one of those on a monthly a yearly or a lifetime basis in which case you'll never pay again now let it be said that Swedish in general is really meant to be experienced at the Pinnacle level this is where you will experience the true benefits and power of SuiteDash mostly because of the automations there are

Many things that are available in the Pinnacle plan that we intend to be part of the platform that we intend to weave and integrate and automate all parts of the platform together yes we have start and yes we have Thrive and they have a ton of functionality and for some businesses it may be all you need and that's great and that's why we provide them but just in the way the plans are named start thriving Pinnacle we hope that they help build your business to the place where you can move to thrive and then to Pinnacle and then be able to use all the tools that we provide along the way during those upgrades to get you to the next level and Pinnacle is where we hope every one of our customers ends up not just from a business standpoint from our

Side but because that that probably indicates they're very successful in using the software and that's great now as you'll see here and as you scroll down power up so the next thing you'll see and it says very clearly that power-ups are not included in any plan and they are charged in addition to your base subscription so what we looked at above are the subscription plans start thriving Pinnacle no power ups are included in any of these plans you can add power ups to any of these plans so you can have start and you can add any one of the power-ups if you'd like or Thrive or Pinnacle and all of these power-ups are available to you okay there are three power-ups the VIP bundle power up the plus bundle power

Up and the prime bundle power up you can just add one you can have two you can have all three it doesn't matter what you want to do is look through these and decide which of these features is interesting to you may be helpful to you and decide if this is a true value for you and something you would like to add to your subscription so to make your decision what you see here are small paragraphs of description about the feature but there are videos about many of these features and also in our help documentation you will find if you just search for power ups you'll find this page which is a summary of all the power ups and it has links to singular Pages where you can

Learn more about individual features that are included in the power-ups so you can use the available documentation and videos to understand what is currently included in the power ups but understand that this is ever changing and this means that the iteration Paths of the features that you see and I'm showing an example here credit card vaulting email canons form cannons any improvements or extensions of those functionalities that we make in the future will also be yours if you have a subscription to that power up it won't cost you more because it's included in the power up both the current functionality and future functionality Associated to these iteration paths

Another good example is PDF document signing and templates which currently does not include multiple signers but we are currently working on that and when that is available anyone who has the prime bundle power up will also have that feature associated with the prime bundle power up and some of you have seen this happen in real time with the embeddable remote chat where when it first was released it was functional in a basic state but since then it's had several iterations and improvements and you just see those be added step by step by step as we move in iterations on this particular feature now please understand that this does not mean that every new feature we release will be in a power up that's far far

From the case as you see here in the updates log yes this feature is included in a power up but many of the features we release are available to all SuiteDash accounts all Street Dash accounts all three Dutch accounts okay so many features are still being released into all of the plans some of the plans like Thrive and some of the plans like Pinnacle will get some features in this case available to all Pinnacle accounts so yes there are still features being released the features are being improved the iterations are happening on all levels all customers from start to thrive to Pinnacle all the power ups they're receiving new features and new improvements all the time again this goes back to our mission which is to make sweet

Dash affordable to all small medium businesses around the world and our plans and our power up structure is designed to do exactly that while at the same time maintaining the balance that the business needs to stay in business to stay growing which of course benefits everyone in the community as new features are constantly released the platform remains viable long term so now let's talk about how you add these power-ups to your account some of you out there are not sure do I have the power-ups do I not have the power-ups we hear these questions every once in a while so let's just clear that up here in the next 60 seconds if you go in your platform and you move to manage account which is right here in your manage account you will see that there is a tab called power ups let's

Click that and you'll see the VIP power up plus bundle power up and the prime bundle power up here this one is activated the VIP already in this account if you see activated you know you have the power up if you see more info you can just click that and see oh I don't have this power up but here's what's included and if I click add power up if I have a payment method on file it will just add it if I don't have a payment method on file you will be asked to enter that and then that will take care of the payment and you will then have the plus bundle power up in this case [Music] thank you [Music]
