But sadly for them, you've already decided. It's over. They lost. They lost in the first 20 minutes. Let me ask you two questions which might really change [music] the way you think about business and lead to you being more successful.

So, the first question, let's just say you want to hire a professional photographer to come to your office, take pictures of your staff, make professional headshots, get pictures of the office, the inside, the outside, etc. And you'll use that on your website or your media somehow. So, you research and find five or six providers and you reach out to them on their website, usually a contact form. Now, let's just say you get a spectrum of responses. One responds in a week, another in 3 days, another in 2 days, another the same day.

But now, let's just imagine that one response came back immediately. What you received is a personalized email. It welcomed you to the business. It included a link where you can go set up an account at their private portal. And inside the portal, you're able to see examples of their work.

You're able to see testimonials from previous clients. You get some helpful information, how to set up your office, maybe the lighting so you can get a professional result. And overall, it's just really professional and accommodating. Now, here's your first question. Who do you think you're going to give your business to?

Well, you're going to have an overwhelming inclination to choose the provider who gave you that immediate response, the one that got right back to you and presented you with everything you needed to make a decision. And you just have a great feeling that they're going to deliver on what they promised. And now, here's the best part. Everything that you experienced was automated. The owner or owners of that business were not involved in that follow-up.
